Priority Level Definitions

HIGH PRIORITY – Indicates a problem such as a partial site outage or that a system or component is down so that you are experiencing service degradation.

MEDIUM PRIORITY – Indicates a problem that does not directly impact your business, but involves a system or component is experiencing minor issues without any service degradation.

LOW PRIORITY – Requests/ non business impacting.
